Gearbox cover and right floor pan
finishing the floor
gearbox upper cover
I also had to replace the lower portion of the upper part of the gearbox tunnel. This is the finished product

New Vs old
I showed the finished piece first because it's hard to visualize with this photo, but this is comparing one of the old "wings" of the gearbox upper cover to the old rusty one.

original piece
Not the best photo, but you can see here that the left "wing" was completely gone along the bottom edge.

The right side floor pan
This is the right-hand floor pan I made. I used the same processes as I did for the left side. Running the flange dies one direction and then the other creates the square channels. I also had to form the curve at the bottom on a sand bag with a plastic tear drop hammer. This is where the floor curves up to meet the seat riser.

Here's the right side floor pan welded in. My welding skills are far from professional, but I have been getting a little better as the work goes on. Once again I had to make and replace the kick panel above the floor pan, you can see part of it in the upper center.
